Our dedicated newly refurbished Boardroom accommodates up to 12 delegates in total. Boasts natural daylight, and offers an 75 inch LCD TV with wireless connection. The Meeting Facilitator can download the Clickshare App to connect, or connect via HDMI.
Asgard Suite
The Asgard Suite at the Arklow Bay Hotel is a spacious and flexible conference venue, suitable for a wide range of business and social events.
When configured to suit different event styles, the suite can accommodate:
- 10 delegates in a classroom-style setup
- 90 delegates in a boardroom-style setup
- 220 delegates in a theatre-style layout
- 140 guests for banquet-style events

The Bay Suite Ballroom at the Arklow Bay Hotel is the hotel’s largest and most impressive event space, offering exceptional capacity and flexibility for major conferences, banquets, and large-scale functions.
When configured for different event styles, the Bay Suite Ballroom can accommodate:
- 500 delegates in a theatre-style layout
- 250 delegates in a classroom-style setup
- 100 delegates in a boardroom-style setup
- 450 guests for banquet-style events
